プリン自体は甘さ控えめで黒蜜で甘さを調節できます。
カボチャプリンと小麦粉不使用のロールケーキも美味しかったです。

美味しそうなケーキがショーケースに並んでいました。
数年前、歩いていてお店を発見、その後コーヒーフェスなどで焼き菓子を販売しているのを見かけていました。
ちょっと街から離れますが、ちょっとしたお使い物を購入する際に頭に浮かぶお店です。
昔に比べて、ケーキも華やかなものが増えた気がします。
本日は、マロンとメロンのケーキ。
新型コロナ流行以降イートイン席は設けていないようなので、購入し、お天気もいいので公園にて食しました。
フォークをお願いするのを忘れたので、ワイルドにいただきましたがおいしかったです。
ほうじ茶のプリンも香り高く上品な甘さで好きです。

It's a bit far from the city, but it's a shop that comes to mind when you buy something to use.

Today is a cake of marron and melon.
It seems that there are no eat-in seats since the new Corona epidemic, so I bought it and ate at the park because the weather was nice.
I forgot to ask for a fork, so I got it wild, but it was delicious.
I also like hojicha pudding because of its fragrant and elegant sweetness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ きれいなケーキが並び、目移りします。入店人数を制限しているため、外でロープに沿って並びました。店員さんが声をかけてくださいます。ショーケース前で密になりがち。

美味しいケーキというと必ずといって良いほどこちらの名前があがった為、期待して来ました。
こだわりのある店構えに、和洋がうまく組み合わさったすてきなインテリアの店内。
ケーキも、どれも宝石のように綺麗で、選ぶだけで楽しかったです。その中から、グランショコラというケーキを一つ頂きました。甘すぎず、大人なショコラケーキという感じで美味しかったです...
が、購入時にケーキの甘さについて女性店員さんに伺ったところ「ケーキなので、甘いです。」とか、「他と比べたことはないのでわかりません。」など..言っていることは間違いないんですが、あまり思いやりを感じる対応とは言えず、ケーキが美味しかっただけにとても残念です。
こちらのクリスマスケーキを検討していましたが、美味しくて気持ちよくお買い物できる他のお店にしようと思いました。

The cakes were all as beautiful as jewels, and it was fun just to choose. Among them, I got one cake called Grand Chocolat. It wasn't too sweet and it tasted like an adult chocolate cake ...
However, when I asked a female clerk about the sweetness of the cake at the time of purchase, there is no doubt that she said, "It's a cake, so it's sweet." Or "I haven't compared it to others, so I don't know." However, I couldn't say that it was a very compassionate response, and it was a shame because the cake was delicious.
I was considering this Christmas cake, but I decided to make it another shop where I could shop deliciously and comfortably.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 特別美味しいわけではないけれど、ちょっと変わったケーキを食べたい時には丁度良いと思う。
和食材が使われているのはとても面白い。
ただ、どれもこれもこだわっていて和食材ばかり、となると少しは普通のケーキも食べたと思ってしまう。
仙台駅からは少し離れているので、何かの用事で近くに行くことがあればたまには食べたいかもしれないけれど、わざわざ目的地にするほどすごく美味しいケーキ！ということもないかな、という感じ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お菓子づくりに対する、オーナーの真摯な考えを受け取れるお店。
外観も店内もとてもお洒落で上品、和の高級感がある。
今回は、
「至福のシュークリーム ¥241」
「和三盆糖のカスタードプリン ¥324」
を注文した。
個人的な好みだが、シュークリームはカスタードが好みなので、生クリームベースだったのはちょっと残念。
ちなみに・・・
持ち帰ったものを見てみると、保冷剤が２個もつき、スイーツは箱内でしっかりと固定されていた。

どのケーキもとってもおいしく
ハズレなしです

もオススメらしいので
今回は買わなかったけど次回
購入したいと思います。
