第一印象はお肉が柔らかいし食べやすいし美味しいの３拍子そろってます！
１人３～４千円ぐらいのコース料理にしました。そんな量は食べてないけどお腹いっぱいになりました。
店員さんがお肉の美味しさをひきたてると言ってた塩と山ワサビは、まさにそのとおりだった！
店内１階は全席２０人ぐらい座るといっぱいな広さですが、広くはなく程よい狭さといったかんじなので仲の良い会社の同僚とかカップルとかのお客さんがほとんどです。
１テーブル４人がちょうど良い距離かもしれません！
椅子に特徴があって、座面が蓋になってて椅子の中に上着やコートなどを収納できるようになってます。
お店の外観は国分町通りの終点で地下鉄北四番丁駅近くで、大通りに面してて信号角にローソンがあるのでナビがなくても迷わず来れる場所です。
その通りから歩道を歩いてると和風のオシャレな横に細長い小窓から、美味しそうなお肉を焼いている姿がピンポイントで見えるので、焼いてる香りと焼いてる姿に誘われて入りたくなるような外観です！
お客さんの顔より下までしか窓の高さがないので網の上で焼いてる姿しか見えないので、さらに美味しそうに見える仕掛けなのかも！

お肉は柔らかく、舌触りもよく希少部位のお肉を選ぶことが出来ます。
焼き肉はもちろん、ホルモンも多様なメニューの中から選ぶことができます。
特にここの冷麺も絶品で麺はもちろんスープとの相性もよく素材や付け合わせもよく吟味されていて美味しいです。
仙台牛A5ランクのお店としてはリーズナブルだと思います。
店はちょっと手狭なのが残念です。ここで食事するなら事前に予約することを勧めます。
スタッフの対応も丁寧で好感が持てます。
