Y	Y M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 常識的な管理対応がかなり遅いです。あるいは対応自体しないことがありますので、注意してください。内容の一例として、洗濯用排水口からの異臭が収まらないため、掃除を依頼しましたが、洗濯機を掃除の為に上げる必要があるため入居者負担にする事のことです。本来入居前に洗浄されているのが前提の為、そのような対応をされても気を害しない方のみ契約されることをオススメします。 Common sense management response is quite slow. As an example of the contents, I asked for cleaning because the offensive odor from the laundry drainage does not fit, but it is a burden to the resident because I have to raise the washing machine for cleaning. 佐	佐藤晶彦 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全体的にサービス内容が悪すぎてがっかりしました。予約時間は勝手に1時間早められているし、屋上サウナの場所も分かりづらく案内もなし。プールの水風呂は汚くて緑の苔が沢山浮いているし、サウナから出た後に汗を流すシャワーなどもありません。とても楽しみにしていた分ガッカリしました。こちらの他の投稿を参考にするべきでした。 Overall, the service content was too bad and I was disappointed. The reservation time has been advanced by one hour without permission, and the location of the rooftop sauna is difficult to understand and there is no guidance. The water bath in the pool is dirty and has lots of green moss floating on it, and there is no shower to sweat after getting out of the sauna. I was disappointed because I was looking forward to it. I should have referred to the other posts here.
