スタッドレスタイヤで4WDのものがありますかと聞いたところ、もごもごと｢そうですねー難しいです。｣と。
他店舗の状況は分かりませんかと聞くと、またぐだぐだ｢他店舗の状況はー、んー分からないです｣と。
最初からきっぱり｢スタッドレスタイヤの用意も4WDもありません｣と言えば良いのに…
またサービスとして、他店舗の状況も把握して車を融通きかせるのが重要なポイントだと思うのにそれも無いのはレンタカー会社としてどうかと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自宅は荒川区なのですが、スタッフさんの接客が良いので、割高になりますがタクシーを使用してこちらの営業所でお世話になっています。今後も利用するつもりです。
My home is in Arakawa Ward, but the staff are very good at serving customers, so it's expensive, but I'm using a taxi to take care of me at this office. I will continue to use it in the future.

24時間の予定が12時間で済み、早く返しましたが嫌な顔もせず返金してくれ、有り難く帰宅出来ました。
