ここを知ったらもう他の八つ橋が食べれません！
対応してくれた方もとーっても親切で感激。
こちらのお店は、京都で唯一、保存料を使ってない、目の前で包んでくれて販売してます。
店内でもいただけます。
他の店は真空パックが当たり前の中、保存料を使わないことにこだわった素晴らしいお店です。
今回初めて頂いたのですが、こんなに美味しいなんて衝撃でした！
もっちり感が半端なくもっちりで絶品です！
固い八つ橋も、薄焼というのがあり、厚みが薄く、パリッとしています。味にびっくり！とってもニッキが強いイメージがあったのですが、ニッキが強くなく程よいのでとーっても食べやすく、甘さもほんのり優しい味です。固い八ツ橋のイメージが覆されました。美味しい！
１回食べてあまりの美味しさに大ファンになりました！！
もっともっとこちらのお店をみんなに知って欲しい気持ちでいっぱいです！
でも通販はしてないので、現地でしかいただけないのが残念ですが、大事にしているのが伝わります。
これまでしらなかったのですが、八つ橋は米粉でできているんですね。
グルテンフリー！
しかもニッキは体にいい！
最高のお菓子です！
今は緊急事態宣言で様子を見ながら営業しているそうです。
一日も早くこのような状況でなくなり、お店が通常営業されることを祈ってます。
また京都に来たらお邪魔します。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The skin is thin, smooth and soft. The only drawback is that you must consume within 7 days of purchase. Well, it is handmade product with no preservatives, they advise you to eat it while its freah and tender. We love the red bean filling over the melon filling.
