s	shiiitake on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここは、隠れ家中の隠れ家。レアな食材を仕入れていることと、北新地という立地なので単品メニューは若干お高めですが、コースでお願いするとコスパが良いと思います。出てくる料理は、食べた事のない味の料理も多く、デザート含めてどれも抜群に美味しいです。オーナーはどこかで修行していた訳ではないとおっしゃっていたので、独創性溢れる味付けになるんだと思います。季節によって、見たことないくらいのビックサイズの岩ガキが入っていたり、ブリのカマや鴨ロースなど、どれも素晴らしい目利きで仕入れられていると思います。各シーズン毎に覗いてみたいお店ですね。 This is a retreat in the retreat.
