★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチで訪問しました。
四川牛肉麺と四川漬物炒飯と回鍋肉定食をオーダーしました。
インスタやLINEで友達追加等すればワンドリンクサービスだったので、登録してキウイミルクを頂きました。
先にキウイミルクが来ました。とても美味しいです。
料理の方は10分程で来ました。
四川牛肉麺は本格的な味の割に癖がないので食べ易いです。
程よい辛味で美味しいです。
四川漬物炒飯は美味しいですが特に個性の無い炒飯です。
回鍋肉定食は至って普通。ご飯が保温し過ぎで古くなって重硬かったです。回転が悪いのかな？
ご飯は炒飯で誤魔化せるからあんまりそこは気にしていないのかな？
値段が安いので仕方が無いのかもしれません。
しかし安く無かったら厳しいでしょう。
個人的には麺と炒飯をオーダーするのが良いと思います。
定食はあんまりかな。
調理師さんが中国の方ですか？味は本格的ですが日本人の口に合わせてる感じなので食べ易いですが、もの足りません。
再訪したら今度からは定食より麺と炒飯をオーダーすると思います。
 I visited for lunch.
I ordered Sichuan beef noodles, Sichuan pickled fried rice and Twice-cooked meat set meal.
If you add friends on Instagram or LINE, it was a one-drink service, so I registered and got kiwi milk.
Kiwi milk came first. it tastes very good.
The cook came in about 10 minutes.
Sichuan beef noodles are easy to eat because they have no habit for their authentic taste.
It has a moderate spiciness and is delicious.
Sichuan pickled fried rice is delicious, but it has no particular personality.
Twice-cooked meat set meal is very normal. The rice was too warm and old and heavy. Is the rotation bad?
I wonder if I don't really care about that because rice can be deceived with fried rice.
It may be unavoidable because the price is cheap.
But if it wasn't cheap, it would be tough.
Personally, I think it's better to order noodles and fried rice.
I wonder if the set meal is too much.
Is the cook from China? The taste is authentic, but it's easy to eat because it fits the taste of Japanese people, but it's not enough.
When I visit again, I think I will order noodles and fried rice rather than set meals.

ずっと気になっていた事もあり、早速足を運びました。
数あるお店の中、本当に迷いましたが…正直他のお店へ行けば良かったと後悔しました。まず、お客を選んでいるのかと思う程対応が違う事に驚きました。たまたまなのかも知れませんが、まず注文を誰一人聞きに来ない!
レジのお姉さんは次々とお会計に追われていたため仕方ないかと思いますが、それでも責任転嫁し過ぎてるなと。。
待てど暮らせど聞きに来る気配が感じられず、イライラして来た為、近くに置いてあったベルで呼びました。
そうすると、お兄さんは料理の提供と勘違いされたらしく…カウンターの伝票に目を落としていました。
周りが全く見えていない証拠ですね。。
普通辛い物を提供しているお店ならお水をよく飲む事くらい誰でも推測出来ますよね?それなのに…
出て来たのは一口二口飲めば終わる様な小さなグラス。
それも私だけでした。他の方のテーブルやあとから来られた方のグラスを見ると、ウソみたいに大きいグラスで
さも当たり前のように置かれていました。この違い何なんでしょうね?
料理を提供する時も、後ろから失礼しますも無く。。熱々の鉄板料理を平気で頭上を通過され。万が一手を滑らされたらどうなるかとか考えないんですか?味は美味しかったですけど、全体的なサービスに全く満足していません。
次に利用するか聞かれると、正直行きたくないのが本音です。

That was just me. Looking at the other person's table and the glass of the person who came later, it was a big glass like a lie
It was also placed as a matter of course. What's the difference?
Excuse me from behind when serving food. .. Passed overhead on a hot iron plate dish. Don't you wonder what would happen if you slipped your hand? The taste was good, but I'm not completely satisfied with the overall service.
When asked if I would like to use it next time, I really don't want to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a good Chinese food place I specially enjoyed the beef tomato noodles they were not spicy at all and paired well with the spicy pork it was hot ? The place had a great ambience and it was not heavy on the pocket so I’ll go there again for sure!
