★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人気のブレスレットを心斎橋店で予約していたのに、大丸に移転するとなったらなぜか予約していたものをキャンセル、「移転後の大丸店で再度予約手続きしてください」って。予約して待ってたものをリセットされて「え？なんのために待ってたの？？また一から待つの？」ってなりました。

以前の御堂筋店との統合みたいですね。
開店10:15に到着しましたが、オープンまで45分前、長い行列ですね。
予約品を受け取りに行きましたが、何十分も並んでる方、ウィンドウショッピングのみの方多いです。
とても広く綺麗な店舗でした。

オープンして少し落ち着いていたので
お邪魔しました…
お店は広くてとても素敵です
ですが…スタッフの方の対応が酷いです
大量に購入者してる方には本当にペコペコ対応
欲しかったアクセサリーが欲しくて
スタッフさんに声をかけたのですが
にこりともしないで淡々と調べ
一言…無いですね
のみ( ﾟдﾟ )もう少し提案とか何かしら
接客業なら当たり前だと思うのですが…
他にも購入者したいお品あったのですが
この店舗で購入者するの嫌だなと思い
２度目の来店は無いでしょう
もともと、客の差別が凄いブランドですが
誰でも始まりはあります
もう少し平等に扱えないですかね？
だからエルメスは一流と思えないんですよね(*_*)
接客レベルは本当に最低レベルだと思います。

早く切りたいですという雰囲気で話をあおられて、もっと聞きたいことがあったのに聞けない雰囲気でした。

18:00頃にお越しくださいと言われたので、18:00に行くと、お知らせから20分過ぎましたので入店出来ないと冷たい対応。エルメスってそんなに偉いんですか？せっかく来たのに寂しくなった?
