★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This park is very beautiful and a great lookout spot for morioka and the suburbs around it. If you’re looking to relax and watch some cherry blossoms, or check out the shrine at the top of the hill, I’d definitely recommend. There’s also about 3 parking lots so more than enough parking
