高圧的で自慢話しかしません。
希望をお伝えしても鼻で笑い態度がとても悪いです。
彼氏いるの？普段どこで遊ぶの？などプライベートなことを聞いてきて気持ちが悪いです。
女性の方は特に気を付けた方がいいと思います。
部長さんがあの感じではオススメできるお店ではないです。

問い合わせした物件は残念ながら申込みが入ってしまったとのことでしたが、同じマンションでしかも最上階で当日空きが出たのを見つけてくれて、その日のうちに新大久保まで鍵を取りに行ってくれて内見できて、しかも即決できました。迅速で柔軟な対応ありがとうございました。

まず外観を見て女性一人で入る勇気が出ない程怪しげな雰囲気でした。
車を停めに行った夫を待って一緒に入りましたが、一歩入った途端にタバコ臭くて気分が悪くなりました。
席に案内されると、すぐに受付票を書くよう指示されましたが、目の前にいる人は名乗りもせず、書き終わってようやく名刺を渡され名乗りましたが、宅建免許の提示はありませんでした。
要望の欄を見て、この物件は該当しないと言われたので、ネットに書いてある詳細情報を見せましたが、管理会社に確認し、これは入力ミスだと言われました。
悪びれる様子もなく、何だかとっても怪しげだった為、それ以上のやり取りは止め帰りました。
電話の時から大声で話し、前日に内見した他のお客さんの事も、そもそも無職で契約出来ない人でした。とか他言するし（その時は、うっかりかと思ってしまったのですが）、お客さんを何だと思ってるんでしょうね。
これは度々登場する部長さんの対応でした。
