b	billybozzio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチで利用しました。周りの人たちからもここのパスタが美味しいと聞いていましたが、実際そのとおりでした。アスパラガスのペペロンチーノを注文したのですが、まずはかなりのボリュームに驚きました。アスパラガスはもちろん、ニンニクもスライスや輪切りでなく玉でゴロゴロ入っています。味もいわゆるプロの味のペペロンチーノで、ペペロンチーノにはこだわる私にとって久々に食べる納得の味でした。スープとサラダも付きますが、そちらは普通かな。店内が暗く陰気な感じなのと、客が少ないお昼のピークを避けて行ったのに料理の提供が遅い（ランチタイムだけなのかもしれませんが、2人でやっていて30分ほどかかりました）こと、キッチンで大声で叫び合って？いたことなどがあり、大事なイベントなどには使いたくないですが、1人でパスタを食べたい時にはまた訪れてみたいと思いました。 I used it for lunch. R	R I on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日18時頃訪問。先客はいませんでした。ビールとパスタ2種類、カルパッチョを注文。「時間かかりますね」と一声いただきました。たしかにカルパッチョが来るまで20分、その後パスタが来るまで10分程度かかりました。が、とっても美味しかったです。カルパッチョは色鮮で魚の鮮度もいいです。パスタは具材たっぷりで、満足でした。私はエビと小柱のパスタ、連れはエビクリームパスタを注文。どちらも待つ甲斐がある一品です。おそらく夫婦ふたりでやられてるので時間がかかるんでしょうね。 Visited around 18:00 on weekdays. S	SHIMA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新潟で恐らく1番上手いパスタだと思う。どれを食べても具材のボリューム、味付け、毎回食べるたびに旨い、旨いと思いながら食べる。一つずつ丁寧に作る分、提供まで時間がかかるけど、待ってでも食べる価値あると思う。でも、だいぶ長いから時間ない時は楽しく食事の時間を過ごせないので行くべきじゃないと思う。新潟にすんでて、ここに行かないのはかなり損してると思うけどね。写真はしらすとブロッコリーのアンチョビソース。最高でした。 ※悔しいから追記。待たされるのが嫌な人は行かない方がいいです。わざわざ遠くから、駐車料金がかかる古町に、長い時間待たされたとしても食べる価値が有るし、実際に何度もリピートしてます。恐ろしく丁寧に料理してくれてる気がしますし、サボってる訳ではないんだから、遅いから減点！とかレビューしてる人は、たまにはゆっくり、のんびり料理を待てばいいのに…と思う。とりあえずめっちゃ旨い。どこのパスタより旨いと思う。長く続けて欲しい個人的超名店です。 ※さらに追記よく考えたら１時間待つ可能性があるのにリピートしまくってるパスタ屋はここだけ。他のリピーターも恐らくそう。１時間待つ可能性があるのにリピートしまくってしまうパスタ…食べてみたくないですか？ I think it's probably the best pasta in Niigata.
