普段はラーメンですが、今日は焼きそばをチョイス。
厨房の奥で店主が一生懸命作ってる風景が印象的でした。
味は安定のあっさり味。
満腹だったのに、ペロリといただけました。
美味しかったです。
ご馳走さまでした。

I usually use ramen, but today I choose yakisoba.
I was impressed by the scenery that the store owner made hard in the back of the kitchen.
The taste is stable and light.
Even though I was full, I got a pelori.
It was delicious.
It was a feast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 飲んだあとに行ったのであっさりしていて良かったですが、それでもあっさりしているなぁ、と言う印象でした。
普通に食べに来ていたらこれで満足は出来ないと思います。
麺はちぢれ細麺でスープには合っていると思います。
これで600円では中々足が向きません、せめて400円位ならいいと思います。
個人的にはリピートはしないかなと思います。
It was nice to be light because I went after drinking, but I had the impression that it was still light.
I don't think I'm satisfied with this if I come to eat normally.
The noodles are small and thin, and I think they go well with the soup.
With this, 600 yen is not suitable for me, I think that at least 400 yen is good.
Personally, I don't think I'll repeat it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔ながらの新潟ラーメンが味わえる。ご主人が高齢になり、「お店を閉めるのでは？」と噂を聞きつけて来ました。確かにいいお歳ですけど、頑張って続けて欲しいです。
ラーメンはあっさり極みのだしスープ。飲んだ後にも最高です。味が薄いかと思いきや、コショウをかけることで、味の払拭ができます。
メニューは至ってシンプル。飽きの来ない味ですよ。
You can taste the traditional Niigata ramen. My husband got older and I heard a rumor saying "Don't you close the shop?" Certainly good old age, I want you to keep trying.
As for ramen, it is a stock soup of the best. It is the best after drinking. I think that the taste is light, by putting pepper, you can wipe off the taste.
The menu is quite simple. It's a taste of tiredness.

出汁のよくきいたスープ、喉ごしのよい細麺、自家製？のメンマ。どれをとっても最高の塩ラーメンです。
ぜひ古町で飲んだあとはここに来て下さい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 値段的には安いとは言えませんが、塩ラーメンとしては純粋に美味しいかったです。魚介系の香りもしっかり楽しめる。スープのベースには魚介、鶏ガラ、豚と意外と色々使用しているようですがとにかくスープは澄んでました。という事はそれなりに手間は掛かっているのでしょう。夜営業しかしないと言う頑なさも◎です。是非、長く続けて欲しいです。ご馳走さまでした。

塩ラーメン1本でいってるだけあってとても美味しいです。個人的には一番好きな塩ラーメンで、友達とかにもよくオススメしたり連れて行ったりしています。飲んだ後とかでもぺろっと食べれちゃいます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我が家の近所には夕方から朝まで営業しているラーメン屋さんが何件か在る。今回はその一つ『拾番』さんを威力偵察。飲み屋街・古町通の端っこで高齢な大将独りで切り盛りされている店だ。今回は『やさいラーメン(税込８００円)』を頂く事とした。
麺は極細縮れ麺。スープはあっさり鶏ガラベースで塩気は強くない。野菜は炒め野菜ではなく軽く茹でたシャキシャキ白菜が主体な健康志向ラーメンだ。二枚の叉焼は確り系で醤油の香りが際立つ仕上がり。カウンターのみの小さな店では、隣席の御姉様が手酌で瓶ビールを呷る傍らで、大将と同じくらい先輩の常連さんがニコニコしてらっしゃる。そんな味のある店だ。なおメニューはラーメンのみ。
野菜も食べたい、ラーメンも食べたい。そんな時にピッタリな店でした…(っ´ω`c)

見た目ショボくて、これでミシュランプレート獲得とか冗談かと思いましたが、味はおいしかったです。
ただ夜しかやってませんので夜のお仕事の方に人気みたいです。
