★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 千種の住宅街にこんな場所があるとは、驚きでした。
美術館の方はこぢんまりとしていますが、随所に休憩できる場所も設けられ、１つ１つの作品はとても見応えのあるものでした。
古川為三郎の邸宅だったという分館は、写真も?です。落ち着いた数寄屋造で好きな景色を見ながらお抹茶をいただけます。
自分のいただいたお茶?の抹茶茶碗は、その作家さんのプロフィールなども添えられています。
今度来るときは、着物を?来てこようかな…
よい、写真がとれそうです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 特別展「洋画家藤森兼明VS華麗なる中世彩色写本」を観にいきました。中世彩色写本にインスパイアされた作家の作品が色々展示されています。他にも古川美術館の秘宝、彩色写本『プシコー派の画家の時禱書』も三年ぶりに特別公開されています。
作家の作品は華麗さの中に聖と俗、霊と肉、天上と地上、過去と現代、抽象と具体、永遠なるものと儚いものを感じます。そしてその両者を繋ぐものが中心に描かれている若い女性という気がします。やはり女性というものは神秘的ですね。
I went to see the special exhibition "Western painter Kaneaki Fujimori VS splendid medieval manuscripts". Various works by artists inspired by medieval colored manuscripts are on display. In addition, the Furukawa Art Museum's treasure, the colored manuscript "Pushiko School Painter's Book of Hours," has been released for the first time in three years.
The artist's work feels holy and profane, spirit and flesh, heaven and earth, past and present, abstract and concrete, eternal and ephemeral in splendor. And I feel that it is a young woman whose center is the one that connects the two. After all women are mysterious.

印象派の展示の時に、分かりやすく興味深いキャプションがあってとても充実した時を過ごせました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 古川氏が、集めたお茶碗が、一斉に観ることが出来ます。兎に角、見応えがあって、素晴らしい。展示期間中、もう一度行くつもりです。
You can see the bowls collected by Mr. Furukawa all at once. Rabbits are horny, spectacular and wonderful. I will go there again during the exhibition period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 印象派とエコールドパリ展を見て来ました 好きな画家の素敵な作品があり満足できました 美術館自体がそれほど大きくはないので見て回るのも楽です
I've seen the Impressionists and the School of Paris exhibition. I was satisfied with the wonderful works of my favorite painter. The museum itself is not so big, so it's easy to look around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2階建ての2ホールの小さい美術館ですが、大きい美術館と遜色ない有名なイベントも行われています。
今回は印象派のモネ、ルソーシスレー、ゴッホなどの絵画が飾られていました。
徒歩2分程に分館もありそこには湯呑みなどの骨董品が展示されています。
