★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入居時に敷金について、借主の負担が多い契約書を書かされてしまうので、ほとんど戻ってきません。よごしていない畳、襖、本来貸主負担のぶんまで、こちらが負担させられました。なので、こちらの管理物件は、おすすめしないです。ルームクリーニング代やエアコンクリーニング代も取られましたが、私達が入居したとき足が真っ黒になるくらい汚かったです。
When I move in, I write a contract that burdens the borrower with regard to the security deposit, so I rarely return. Even the tatami mats, sliding doors, and the original burden of the lender were borne by us. Therefore, we do not recommend this managed property. There was a room cleaning fee and an air conditioner cleaning fee, but when we moved in, our feet were so dirty that they turned black.
