★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの会社の物件のアパートに6年以上住んでいたものですが、退去費用を信じられない高額で請求されました。直接会社のほうに苦情を言いに行くと、こちらの早とちりだったとのことで請求金額が8割以上ひかれたものになりました。そのひかれた金額も、こちらが負担しなくてよい壁紙代などをまるまる請求されており、結局退去費用は敷金で全てまかなえる、ということになりました。危なかったです。このような悪質な会社だったとは思っていませんでしたので非常にショックでした。ちなみにワンルームで¥342220の見積もりに敷金とエアコン取り替え費用が引かれた20数万請求です。エアコンは入居時から経年劣化で室外機の騒音がずっとあり修理を頼んでいましたが結局してもらえず、退去時の請求でやっと修理です。直接会社まで行き文句を言って¥0になりましたがぼったくられそうになったら文句言った方がよいです。
 I've lived in an apartment in this company's property for over 6 years and have been charged an incredibly high cost of moving out. When I went directly to the company to make a complaint, it was said that it was dusty, and the amount billed was over 80%. As for the amount of money that was drawn, we were charged the entire wallpaper fee that we did not have to bear, and in the end it was decided that all the move-out costs would be covered by the security deposit. It was dangerous. I was very shocked because I didn't think it was such a malicious company. By the way, it is 200,000 bills with the deposit and air conditioner replacement cost subtracted from the estimate of ¥ 342220 in one room. The air conditioner has deteriorated over time since I moved in, and there was a lot of noise from the outdoor unit, so I was asking for repairs, but in the end I couldn't get it, and I was finally asked to repair it when I moved out. I went directly to the company and complained that it was ¥ 0, but it is better to complain if I feel like I'm going to get sick.
