青	青木孝文 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020年6月12日(金)に手打ちそば黒田屋を訪れました。昼時は晴天で蒸し暑い日でした。お店の造りはテーブル席と奥に個室があり、清潔感があります。店内では冷房が効いていて気持ちが良いです。訪れた時の客は私の他に男性が1人いました。店内ではBGMなどは流れておらず静かです。テーブル席に着くと冷たい麦茶が出されました。メニューを見るとあなご天せいろなどもあります。天ぷらせいろを食しました。税込1020円です。蕎麦かうどんを選ぶことができるので蕎麦を選びました。待っている間に厨房からパチパチと天ぷらを揚げる音が聞こえてきます。天ぷらは海老、茄子、ピーマン、南瓜であり、衣がサクサクとしています。抹茶塩で食しました。海老は弾力と味わいがあり、茄子は旨味と味わいがあってピーマンはほろ苦く、南瓜は甘みがありました。蕎麦は白色に近いライトブラウン色です。蕎麦だけを食すとほのかな甘みを感じます。コシがあって表面が滑らかであり、ツルツルと喉越しが良いです。薬味は山葵、輪切りされた白葱、おろし大根であり、汁は節の風味が効いています。しめは蕎麦湯にしました。しっかり白濁していてホッとして心が落ち着く味わいです。美味かったです。 On Friday, June 12, 2020, I visited Handmade Soba Kurodaya.
