R	Rick Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel with unbelievable views of Fukuyama Castle. Get an upper floor room (15th is great) castle view side. Another highlight is watching Shinkansen 700 express blast through the station later in the evening with the castle in the backdrop. This is a western-sized room with all of the Japanese amenities, including a bench to put your luggage on. Go for the buffet breakfast which is both Japanese and Western style, by far the best hotel breakfast ever. We had dinner at NARU.MI Motomachi which is a short walk from hotel, and took a bus to Tomonoura the next day. This hotel is well worth the money.
T	Trip.com Member on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to wait about 10 minutes before somebody saw me. The Hotel location is very good, as it is within walking distance of the main restaurant and shops area. The price is very competitive for a mid class hotel for spend over for a couple night while working.
T	Trip.com Member on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As soon as we entered our room, we are disappointed with the small size of the room. We kept waking up at night due to noisy guests returning to their rooms. I will not recommend for a vacation but for a couple day of business trip it will serve the needs.

You get the chance to opt for Japanese or English breakfast served all through the week. Ideal for all type of visitors considering the location of hotel and nearby places......

I always felt safe walking in the neighborhood. The balcony was a nice touch. The prices for accomodations and the buffet breakfast and dinner are reasonable.

Staff were a little unprofessional and this place charges you your entire nights of stay at check in which surprised me a bit. I was gonna pay for it but my father arrived at the hotel before me and they changed on his credit card. I had to reimburse it and charge it on my card. Usually the hotels I stay hold the print of a card and wouldn't charge till check out. Oh and they charged me $10 for 5mins on domestic phone call, it was a free call too!!

The staff are so friendly and eager to help in any way. I would say a great place for families and/or those who just like to relax.
K	Kenneth Fang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs are very polite and helpful. There was an hour delay to our check in time due to cleaning and they got us free drinks that the cafe while we waited for our rooms. They were embarrassed and apologetic throughout. As expected from great Japanese service:)
