美味しいが
タルタルソースに七味唐辛子がたくさん乗せてあり、香辛料のｱﾚﾙｷﾞｰがあるけど、人と行っていたから、変えてほしいとも言えず、そのまま食べました。
メニュー表に書くか、七味唐辛子を乗せても平気ですかと聞いてほしいです。

生牡蠣が好きな方は食べ比べをお薦めします。焼き牡蠣も定番から創作まで飽きのこないバリエーションがあります。その他に氷でしめたピーマンに温かい肉味噌をのせていただくサラダ？も美味しい。

牡蠣中心のランチは、焼き牡蠣、フライ、アヒージョ、佃煮？など、いろんな方法で調理された牡蠣が楽しめて、美味しかった。
野菜もアレンジされたものが沢山添えられ、ボリューム感があった。
ご飯と味噌汁はお代わり自由とのこと(しなくてもお腹いっぱいですが)。
オプションで注文したコーヒーは深みがあって本格的なもの。使い捨ておしぼり、熱くないように工夫された紙製カップが使われていて、コロナ対策にも配慮されていた。
小規模なパーティー等にも向いてそう。

サラダだけでも6種類ほどあり、グリル野菜のサラダを注文しました。
写真以上にボリューミーでじっくり火を通されたんであろう野菜はとても甘く感じました！
