予約をした方が待ち時間がないとの事なので、電話で予約したところ2週間後との事。飛び込みで行って待つのとどっちを取るかのレベルですが、予約しました。当日は、比較的空いていて予約時間15分前に呼ばれました。予約したと言っても無制限に対応してくれる訳ではなく時間が来れば(一時間程度)で終わりです。必要書類を事前に調べ用意することは必須です。短時間で終了するし再度行く手間が省けます。比較的若いスタッフが多く、対応は丁寧でした。

評価はマイナス5 数年前の事…… 電話予約の時 相手に言われた予約日&時間は用事あって予約時間に遅れるかも?と言うと10分や20分遅れても大丈夫。☺予約日はあなたの為の予約だから要件が終るまで何時間でも話ができますと言ったのに…… 1ヶ月後予約日に予約時間10分遅れて郡山年金機構へ行く…… 受付の年配女性に予約できた旨を告げると 予約時間に遅れたからキャンセル扱いになっている?相談は出来ません?帰ってと言われ ? けんもほろろな答え?‼? 話が違うと食い下がると奥から怖い中年男性が出てきて話も聞かずに大声だすと警察呼びます?と言われビックリ??‼ 話を聞いて下さいと頼みやっと予約電話の話をして( ノД`) 郡山は予約相談時間は1人30分で 予約表は30分ごとに名前がズラット書いてあり予約時間の30分前に来所して待って相談するらしい。?30分前にいるべきだし居ない時はキャンセル扱いになると ヒェ~? 30分で相談できないから電話予約して1ヶ月待ったのに……?? ひどい目にあった。??? 後日早朝8時に年金機構に行き待たずに2時間相談した( ノД`) 社会保険労務士は感じも良く嫌な顔せずに 熱心にこちらの話を聞き的確な数字を出し ○○士に取り寄せてもらう書類のアドバイス その後の手続き等おしえくれた。(^^)v 事務員ほど偉そうにするのね?

社会保険の担当者の電話対応悪すぎ 資格証明書は本人が請求出来て即日発行されるはず それなのに会社の御担当者様に… の一点張り… その担当者が忙しいから自分で請求してると話すも埓あかず こっちは子供が急病ですぐに証明書が必要でしたがもらえませんでした 自分の部署のHPにも申請の仕方出てますよね? 別に特別扱いしろと言ってる訳でも我が儘言って無理言ってる訳でもありません 社会保険の資格証明書なら即日交付出来るって言ってるのは其方ですよね? クレーマーと思って頂いても構いませんが 同じ思いをする人がまた出る前にHPに書いて有る事は勉強していて下さい

予約して夫の繰上受給について相談に行き、対応はとても良かったです。しかし、後日、担当者ではない人から電話が来て、いきなり「3月から払ってないけど払えますか?基礎年金番号わかりますか?」と言われ、私は厚生年金を払っているので「おっしゃっている意味がわかりません。」と言ったら、「意味わがんね〜!」と何度も言われこっちの方が意味がわからないでいたら、法人担当の方からお電話を頂き「混線していて間違えたらしい。」とわかりました。 私が法人の方と話中も、何か訳のわからない事を言っていましたが、同時に2つの電話には出られないので、意味不明な事を言う人の電話は切りました。 電話の用件を聞く為に、再度、私から担当者に電話した時の対応はとても良かったです。 対応の悪かった電話について謝罪して頂きましたが、納得出来ないのでレビューを書きました。 相談して頂いた時の対応はとても良かったので★5にしたい所ですが、「意味わがんね〜!」と3回も言われたし★を減らさせて頂きます。 1人の対応の悪さが他の方々に迷惑をかける事を理解し、反省して頂きたいです。 コロナ禍で、職を失った方が沢山いるのに、こんな人がのうのうとまともに給料を貰って働いている事が許せません。
