使用しているお米は「安曇野産コシヒカリ」はざかけ米でとても美味しいです。 コロナ対策もしっかりできているなと感じました。 「春の彩り釜めし」といった季節の料理があるのも嬉しいですが、値段は高めで支払いが現金のみのも残念です。

釜めしの炊き上がりに15分くらい要すると言われ観光の時間があまりなかったので、エビチャーハンときしめんを注文。 他にお客さんみえないのに配膳されるまで15分以上かかり、見るからに冷凍チャーハン。おまけに冷凍やけしていた。

うなぎの釜めし(うな釜まぶし)が絶品。関西風のパリッとした焼きのうなぎはタレがいいお味で、とても美味しかった。だし汁をかければまた違った味が楽しめた。白焼きも臭みが無くペロリと食べきってしまった。木曽は旨い日本酒が多いとの事で飲み比べセットを注文。ゆっくり楽しめた。今回は現金で支払ったが、PayPayも対応可能との事。ご馳走様でした。
