★ ★ ★ ★ ★ くつせきそん(窟石尊)と読みます。凝灰岩(ぎょうかいがん)の塩類風化(タフォニ)による穴に、お地蔵さんが祭られています。古くは江戸時代末に書かれた岩戸の窟石尊があるらしく、現在の窟石尊の塩類風化の進んだ巨礫が比較できます。
 It is read as Kutsusekison (Sekison Gongen). Jizo is enshrined in a hole created by salt weathering (tafoni) of tuff. It seems that there is a cave stone of Iwato written at the end of the Edo period in ancient times, and you can compare the salt-weathered boulders of the current cave stone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まじまじと正面で向き合うは初めての事、「窟石尊(くつせきそん)」と御呼びしているのですか。
岩戸港と岩戸集落との境界付近に鎮座しています。
少しおどろおどろしい窟石の中に17体のお地蔵がいます。
高い場所の中央に雅やかな色と文様のお揃いの頭巾と前掛けをお召しの地蔵が一体、それを左右からお仕えのどの地蔵にもお揃いの色と文様の前掛けが施されています。
地蔵尊の前には季節の花が手向けられ艶やかです。
「窟石尊」はおどろおどろしさと艶やかさが同居していて正にありがたい道祖神です。
側に江戸天明期に建立と思慮される(供養塔)が寄り添っています。また側にお札があり、これには(真言 おんかかかびさんへ~)と書かれています。
念仏唱えの詞でしょうか？。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お地蔵様は並んで空でもながめているような姿が絵になりますが、ありがたい仏さまには違いないのですから、お参りする時には、それなりの作法をもって祈念したいものです。一番簡単なのは、「オンカカカビサンマエイソワカ」という真言をお唱えします。「類いまれな尊いお地蔵さま」という意味です。両手を合わせてくりかえしくりかえし唱えます。こちらのお地蔵様には丁寧にその真言が書いてあります。

The simplest is to say the true word, "Onkakakabi Sanmaei Soiwaka." It means "a rare and precious Jizo-sama." Repeat with your hands together. The truth is carefully written on this Jizo.
