★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 八甲田山という山、山頂はなく、酸ヶ湯温泉と谷地温泉間の道路で北八甲田、南八甲田に分けられています。
北八甲田はロープウェイがあり田茂萢岳から井戸岳。赤倉岳、大岳へと割と楽に登れます。また、小岳、高田大岳もあります。
南八甲田は、あまり入山する人が多くなく、残雪時期に横岳、櫛ヶ峰、駒ヶ峰に登るのが良いでしょう。
 There is no mountain called Hakkoda Mountain, and there is no mountain peak, and it is divided into North Hakkoda and South Hakkoda by the road between Sukayu Onsen and Yachi Onsen.
Kita-Hakkoda has a ropeway from Tamoyachidake to Idodake. You can easily climb Mt. Akakura and Mt. Odake. There are also Kodake and Takada Odake.
There are not many people in Minami Hakkoda, so it is best to climb Mt. Yokodake, Kushigamine, and Komagamine during the snowy season.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 信州～東北への紅葉登山旅9日目の9月28日、酸ヶ湯温泉登山口から八甲田大岳に登り、毛無岱の紅葉?を楽しみました。
初めて八甲田山に登った2016年は雲海に浮かぶような岩木山と毛無岱の長い階段を下りる時に見た絶景を忘れることができません。紅葉が早く始まるスポットをいかに早めに巡るかが紅葉旅の大事なポイントかも知れません。
八甲田山にしては珍しく風の無い日で、青空と白い雲、色とりどりの紅葉が出迎えてくれました。地元の人にとって八甲田山は季節ごとに登りたい山の象徴。積雪の多いことで知られる酸ヶ湯は登山口であり、駐車場も広くて登山後には温泉♨️が待っています。

Hakkoda is a symbol of the mountain that you want to climb each season. Sukayu, which is known for its heavy snowfall, is a mountain climbing entrance, and the parking lot is large, and hot springs ♨️ are waiting for you after climbing.
