深谷市は、レンガの街としても有名だから、それを駅でアピールしているんだなー。ちなみに東京で造られたレンガ駅も、深谷市のレンガが使われてる。
 The station made of bricks was good.
Fukaya is also famous as a brick city, so I'm appealing it at the station. By the way, the brick station built in Tokyo also uses bricks from Fukaya City.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From Tokyo Station using Takasaki Line will take 1 hour 18 minutes train ride. The design is unique and historical meaning. The design using red brick which produce in Fukaya also use for Tokyo Station building. Fukaya area also the Shibusawa Eiichi birth place with his statue located at North Exit of Fukaya Station

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn’t expect the station to be so pretty.
It’s smaller version of Tokyo station but not less beautiful. Since it’s not crowded and I came there (unplanned) at the right time for cherry blossom, everything is just perfect.
Highly recommend using Nonbiri Suica holiday pass for the trip if you go from Kanagawa or Tokyo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The station building is designed as like Tokyo station. Its looks very beautiful specially during the spring time since there are so many cherry blossom trees around the station. Moreover it is not at all crowded. Unfortunately some train does not stop here. In the spring there is a free shuttle bus for Green park
