今回も娘達の誕生日ケーキを予約し、受け取りに伺いました。
私の前には2人並んでいました。
店員さんは、終始咳をし鼻をすすっていました。花粉なのか何なのか知りませんが、このご時世に飲食業にいて不織布ではなくサイズの合っていないウレタンマスクをつけ接客をし、お客様の口にする物を扱うのはどうなんでしょうか。
結局、一人前の方は私と同じく気分を害したのかわからないが、購入せずにいなくなってしまった。
私は子供達の楽しみにしているケーキを買わずに帰るわけにもいかないので購入しましたが、
非常に不愉快です。

毎年子供の誕生日や結婚記念日のケーキを頼んでいますが、気まずくなりますね。
不二家のケーキは美味しかったのに、店員さんのおもてなしのトレーニングが不足のため、こんなことが起きたかもしれません。残念です。

威圧的で人を見下したような接客がとても不快です。
よくその態度で働けるなあと逆に感心します。
運悪く、2回程その方に当たってしまいましたが、見事に2回とも最低な接客をされました。
商品は美味しいのに、あの方が出勤していると買う気がなくなります。
次回も同様の態度を取られた場合は名前を確認後、不二家さんの方に報告しようと思っています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員さんの事をクチコミに書いている方もいらっしゃいますが、確かに接客にはあまり不向きなのかもしれませんが、「国産苺のプリンショート」を知り合いからいただき今はまってます。子どもたちも美味しいと。駅ビルに入っているので買い物しやすいのでまた利用すると思います。
