お肉もやわらかく、麺との相性バッチリでした。
食券を買ってトレーを持って進むスタイルです。ネギが自分で入れられるのもいいですね。麺量が1.5玉、２玉も無料で選べます！

麺2玉と普通は料金変わりませんので２玉を頂きました。
ねぎは自分でトッピングするのでねぎ好きな私にはたまりません。
しかし麺２玉とネギを少し多めに入れたスープは1玉食べた後は完全に冷たくなっていました。
油を少し多めに入れるか、麺２玉お客にはスープを少し多めに入れるような改善をお願いします

待ち時間もなくすんなり入店できました。
麺は細ちぢれ麺、玉ねぎ背油入りのスープによく絡んで美味しくいただきました。
製麺所が経営されてるようで麺の量が普通1.5 2.0どれでも750円でいただけます。
刻みネギのいれ放題もありがたいです。
今回は醤油味でしたが、次回は塩味を食したいです?
