か	かず on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチで入りました。日替わりランチは２種類あって1000円です。ランチとしてはお高めかもしれませんが、美味しい蕎麦屋さんのランチと考えるとお得だと思います。次は中華そばを食べたいと思ってます！ I entered for lunch. There are two types of daily lunch, which are 1000 yen. J	Japanese HiRo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店がリニューアルして昔ながらの部屋と今風のオシャレな部屋があります。せいろそばは細く平打ちように切られておりしっかりと冷水でしめていて美味しかったです。蕎麦の香りもとても良かったです。ワサビは蕎麦を待ってる間に自分でおろすのでこちらも香りを楽しめました。蕎麦はつゆに付けなくても塩とワサビだけでも楽しめます。蕎麦の量も金額の割にはボリュームがあったので満足でした。中華そばも興味本位で頼みましたがこれもまた美味しかったです。濃いめのスープが私に合ってました。 The shop has been renewed and there are old-fashioned rooms and modern fashionable rooms. 用	用宗真之介 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日は清水区は西久保と言う所にある、あさ乃さんへ来ました。天せいろ1530円を頂きました。お店は、旅館じゃ有りませんが、本館と別館?の2棟があり、出入り口は別ですが繋がって居ます。どちらも12〜13名位で(合わせて25 〜6名です)一杯になります、若干、別館の方が清々しているかも? 強いて苦言を言いますと、メニューがとても見づらいですね、写真優先で、蕎麦のバリエーション等が写真に目が取られ、田舎せいろが有ったのに? 見落としました、確かに写真でお料理は解りますが、そこに書かれているお品書きを見逃してしまいます。もう１つはBGMですかね、まっ良いんですよ決して不快ではありませんしかし、やっぱりJAZZはちょっと蕎麦の味をボケさせるね個人的にはどっちかと言えば無音が良いあくまで個人的です? 後は折角のこの本格手打ちお蕎麦ですから、ラーメンはちょっと止めた方がまっ大衆蕎麦屋だった頃の名残でしょうね確かに蕎麦店のラーメンはまた中華屋さんのそれとは違いますけど。私も嫌いでは無いのでただ蕎麦茹で釜とラーメン茹で釜が別だと良いラーメン茹で時の潅水(毒)を飲みたくないさて、肝心の味は、先ず生ワサビが出て来ます、1組に１つ来ます、蕎麦の盛り付けは、いわゆる高い系蕎麦屋さんの割に盛り付けがよろしくリーズナブル。蕎麦の汁もやや辛口で辛口系では薄味の方ですがダシの香りも良く、かえしとのバランスも良いと思います。蕎麦の喉越し、腰ともに素晴らしく香りも良く良いですね。? これは、お安いかと思います。オススメなお店。 Today I came to Asano-san in Nishikubo, Shimizu Ward.
