S	S A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 紹介していただいた物件がとても良かったこと、そして内見時はほぼ一日付きっきりで真摯に対応いただいたので、内見当日の感想はこちらでお願いして本当によかったと思いました。が、その後の電話連絡の際やオンラインでの契約の際は、話の区切りの際にしたこちらの質問に強引に次の話を被せてきたり、少し脱線した話をすると全く相手にしないような対応をされたため、あまりいい気持ちがしませんでした。例として契約時にゴミ袋の話になった際の流れを挙げますとわたし「ゴミ袋専用のものじゃないんですね。」担当者「そうですね。」わたし「知人の住んでいる区画は専用の袋が必要なので結構費用が」担当者「書き終わりましたか？」というような感じです。質問も、結局担当者の方が一息ついたタイミングを見計らって都度質問し直す羽目になりました。繁忙期に入り忙しいことはわかりますけど、この対応は流石にどうなの？と個人的には思います。契約が決まった途端にこの様な対応になったので、タイミング的にも手のひら返しをされたように感じてしまい、かなりモヤモヤしました。冒頭にも書きましたが、紹介頂いた物件と内見時の対応は文句の付け所がないくらい良かっただけに本当に残念です。ご対応、ありがとうございました。 The property you introduced was very good, and I was able to respond sincerely for almost a day during the preview, so I was really glad to ask for your impressions on the day of the preview.
