★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日来店して調整区域の中古戸建を購入いたしました。相場からしたら恐らく安く購入できた思ってます。30年以上前から営業しているようで地元には強いようです。スタッフの対応は良いと思いました。
I visited the other day and bought a used detached house in the adjustment area. I think that I could have bought it cheaply from the market price. It seems that it has been operating for over 30 years and is strong in the local area. I thought the staff was good.

対応して下さった方は悪くないのですが、
初めに収入情報を簡易ヒアリングされ、結果うちでは無理と言われてすぐに終わりました。他の不動産屋では詳細にヒアリングいただき、無事に仮審査を通りました。モデル見学、現地土地についても車は出してくれず、サービスが悪いです。また申し訳ないですが、やはりローン知識が足りないと思います。対応担当の方は詳しい方にお伺いをたてになんどか離席しましたが、
であればその方が初めから面談に加わるべきです。こそこそしているような良くない印象を受けました。物件は良いのだから、そのあたりをもう少し改善していかないと売れるものも売れないと思います。
上役の方針だとすれば、社員が可哀想です。
真摯に受け止めてほしいというのと、今後の課題としてこちらに記載いたしますので、今後サービス改善に役立てばと思います。
ただし担当の方は面談までのやりとりに
休日にメール返信をくださるなどそこは丁寧だったと思いますので、評価を2に更新します。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最初にメールでの対応の時点で誤字脱字が酷すぎて、不安な気持ちになりました。
当日、ふじみ野不動産に行ったら終始上から目線で人を見下すような言い方をしてばかりだし、図を書いて説明してくれようとしたのですが雑すぎて何を書いているのかわからず、文字も汚すぎて説明が頭に入ってきませんでした。
きっとお客を大事にしていないのだろうと感じましたし、後日低評価のレビューを見てすんなり納得してしまうぐらいでした。
とても、残念です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自宅近くの土地が格安で売られていたので、こちらの不動産に電話で予約を取りました。店舗に伺うと担当者の方(kさん)が対応してくださりましたが、何度お願いしても肝心の土地の資料を頂くことが出来ませんでした。またその土地の現況を伺ったところ、異なった事実を告げられました。挙げ句の果てに、kさんは「私ならこの土地は買わない」とまで仰り、別の物件を紹介されました。過去におとり物件に当たったことがあるので、こちらのお店にいく際はご注意下さい。

まだ、検討し始めたばかりで、何も具体的なことは決まっていないのですが、住宅ローンのことなどわかりやすく説明してくれました。
遠回しな言い方や、濁したような言い方ではなく、無理なものは無理とはっきり言ってくれるので、個人的には良かったです。
もう少し具体的な希望とかが見えてきたら、また予約していこうと思います。
また、その後もしつこい電話営業とかもなく安心していますw
