★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 破れている網戸について3回も聞いたのに、全く何もしてもらえず、最終的に自分でメンテナンス会社に問い合わせろと言われました。
契約の時など、時間厳守で遅れないようにと言われ、仕事を早退して行ったのに『準備ができてないので、お待ちください』って10分近く待たされました。
最悪の担当者で、この物件に住む事すら嫌になりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前駐車場の契約をしていましたが対応があまりにも悪かったです。賃料が引き落とされていなかった事に対して全く連絡がなかったのに6ヶ月以上経ってから突然一括で高額請求が来ました。引き落としが出来なかったのは私の落ち度ですが連絡があまりにも遅すぎます。6月いっぱいで解約しましたがその後にも連絡なしに延滞金の催促が利子付きで突然来たりと不親切です。１ヶ月の延滞で利息を3000円とられますのでご注意下さい。
I had a contract for a parking lot before, but the response was too bad. I was not notified at all that the rent had not been deducted, but after 6 months or more, I suddenly received a high-volume bill. It was my fault that I could not withdraw, but I was too late to contact. I canceled the contract in the end of June, but after that, I was kindly requested to come to the prepayment of arrears without interest and suddenly with interest. Please note that interest will be 3000 yen for one month's overdue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 物件の紹介をしていただき申し込みまでしたのですが、契約書は届かない、申し込みした部屋が違う部屋、契約書の料金が違うなど、無茶苦茶だったので、違う仲介業者にお願いするからキャンセルさせてくくれと連絡したら、『はい、かしこまりました〜。失礼いたします〜』と軽い感じで謝罪の言葉もありませんでした。
客を舐めています。

アパマンショップですが、実際にはフランチャイズで地元の不動産会社。
本社の方の評判も良くなく、調べてみたら借り主だけではなく管理を任せているオーナーさんからの評価でさえ酷評。
和解してるとは言え、被害者の会まで設立され、一度訴訟を起こさた模様。
説明不足、見積り間違いは当たり前、あまりにひどいのでクレームを入れてやり取りをすると、最終的にはこっちは何度も謝罪してるし、謝罪を受け取らないのはおかしいと発言してくる。
元々は自分たちの落ち度からはじまったのにその事は棚上げ。
