0	006 afactory on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 朝霞、志木の新築戸建が気になり来社。（釣り物件）営業担当（女）の知識のなさにびっくり。その物件目当てで来たのに全力否定+悪い物件なので諸費用が物件金額の５０％かかるとその場で言われあきれた。わざわざ時間作って遠くまできたのに今までで一番無駄な時間だったと思う。（電話予約の際に細かく聞いたが答えてくれず来社してとの一点張りだったため）接客中は知識がないため10回以上席を外す始末。これから行く方は気を付けた方がいいと思う。 I came to the office because I was worried about the newly built detached house in Asaka and Shiki.
