ご	ごはんがススムくん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 後日再訪。前の日に佐野ラーメンが無性に食べたくなりさいたま市の某有名店に車で1時間以上かけて向かった。 HPにはお盆休業の記載がなかったので行ったのだが残念ながら休業… 我慢ができず翌日に館林に向かうが台風の影響か豪雨で途中で断念… 行田が近かったのでこちらでごはんにした。佐野ラーメンの禁断症状が出ていたので店内連食しようかと思ったが、とりあえずラーメン大盛りにもつ煮セットをお願いした。あとは貪り食うのみ！とても美味しかった。佐野ラーメンが無性に食べたくなり比較的近いこちらでお昼ごはん。ラーメンを大盛りでお願いした。着丼と同時に醤油の良い香りが！胡椒を振る前にスープを一口頂くと予想していなかった甘みが。甘みに対抗するために少し多めに胡椒を振りかけてから麺を頂いた。茹で加減の良い佐野麺はモチモチでピロピロ！先ほど感じた甘みも気にならず旨い♪ 歯ごたえの良いメンマと一緒に食べるとコリコリモチモチピロピロと食感が楽しい♪ チャーシューも味付け控えめで旨い♪ 白メシが欲しい！今日は連食を予定していないのでガマンせずにスープも完飲！おなかを落ち着けるのに暫し休んでいたが、お代わりの欲求がふつふつとわいてきてヤバそうなのでお店を出た。タバコを吸いながらやっぱりお代わりすればよかったと後悔してしまった。行田の佐野ラーメン恐るべし！ごちそうさまでした♪ I will come back later. タ	タカハシシューイチ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 金曜日の午後１時頃入店。駐車場は１０台以上有ります。お客さんは６組くらい、後から３組来店、なかなか混んでますね。ラーメンと餃子セット650円＋250円、ネギラーメンともつ煮セット800円＋250円を注文。約15分で着丼。麺は手打ちのピロピロ麺で柔かめ、スープはあっさり優しい味付けです。ラーメンはチャーシュー、メンマ、海苔、ネギがのっています。ネギラーメンは、ネギと細かく切ったチャーシューをゴマ油で和えたものと、メンマが麺の上にのせて有ります。麺量は多く、セットで頼めば十分だと思います。餃子は具と皮のバランスがイマイチで、具が少なく感じました。もつ煮はすごく柔らかくて美味しいです。よってラーメンもつ煮セットが、コスパも良くオススメです。 Entered the store around 1 pm on Friday.
