A rare example of the remains of the Kamakura period. However, since it is currently a private residence, please be careful not to inconvenience it and take a gentle tour from the outside. Copy the local sign.
"The ruins of Fujikura's mansion is a mansion built on a flat ground, with earthworks with a height of 2 to 3 meters on three sides of the east, west, and north, and is surrounded by a single moat with a width of about 4 meters.
There is an Enshu-style garden from east to south between east and west 83 (about 150M) and north and south 72 (about 130M), and Inari Shrine is enshrined on the earthworks in the Tohoku region.
It is said that this building was built and lived by Saburo Saemon Saemon, the grandson of Juro Sahara Saemon Yoshiren, who was the guardian of Aizu in 1192.
Currently, there are some ruins of the building in the city, but this building retains the prototype of a typical medieval local family's building and is now the residence of Mr. XX.
It became a cultural property designated by the city in January 1972. "
