初めて行きました つけ麺推しなのかな?とは思ったのですが ラーメン気分だったので、特製ラーメンを注文 電子マネーも使えて便利でした お値段は、有名店だけあり1000超えてきましたが 味も美味しいし、店内も綺麗、清潔感もあり 接客も淡々としてはいましたが ご時世もありますし、活気系の接客よりこのみでした 今度機会があればつけ麺を食べに寄ろうかな と思えました。 スーパーなどで売っているスープの味近いものはありましたが、やはりお店で食べる方が美味しかったですね?

久しぶりの訪問です。つけ麺が好きですが今回はラーメン中盛りです。ご飯も注文!チャーシューは、炙りにしました!ご飯のおかずに合うラーメン?でした!また食べたい❣️

特製つけ麺を中盛りでオーダー。 店内は広くてキレイ。店員がみなテキパキとしている。フロアの娘はかわいくて接客丁寧。チャーシューは2種類から選べる。駐車場は広い。などなど。特筆すべきウリが沢山ある良店です。 肝心のつけ麺も素晴らしい完成度です。つけ汁とスープがちゃんとマッチしている。そもそも麺が美味しい。メンマの量も十分。チャーシューはグリルした方は肉肉しく、柔らかい方のバラチャーシューはトロトロで夢に出てくるくらい美味しい。おまけに割りスープは一人ずつポットで提供されるので、好きなタイミングで好みの濃さにして頂ける。本当に隙の無いお店。文句のつけようがない。

休日のランチで利用。少し早めの到着、席はあいているようだがたまたま来店客が重なり入口で少し待つことになった。人形は大勝軒の創業者だろうか、見ていると梅宮辰夫の漬物屋を思い出す。順番が来た、つけ麺¥780と秀麗豚もも肉のローストポーク丼¥300を発券。カウンター席に案内され注文を伝える。 待つ事10分ちょっと。普通のラーメン屋なら遅い方だが、きっと極太麺を茹でるのに時間がかかるのだろう。キレイに盛り付けられた麺を見ていると、うどんとラーメンの定義とは何かを考えてしまう。なんとなくだが太さだけではない気がする。つけ麺用に熱々の割スープが付いてくるところはありがたい。美味しく飲み干せる。 では、いただきます。 カウンター9 テーブル11 駐車場30

2022.3.2 味噌つけ麺とホルモン丼(辛口) あまり味噌の主張は無かったな。 選べるチャーシューは良いね。 水曜日限定の丼は辛口にして正解。 ピリ辛で食がススム~❗ 2021.10.20 期間限定の小林式ツバメ三条背脂煮干ラーメン。背脂、煮干、生姜が効いたスープが太麺に絡んで絶妙!豚バラチャーシューの脂も旨い。玉ねぎがよいアクセント。 もう一つのお目当て、ソースチャーハン小。香ばしいソースの香りが屋台の焼きそば風で合います。

For me, the ramen soup style was not so great. It's heavy on fish taste, which I don't care for. My husband and I ordered the tsukemen style ramen, both spicy miso and the specialty style. Even at level 1 (out of 3), the spiciness was very present. You're also able to choose from 2 types of pork cha-shu slices for your bowl: the more fatty, classic pork belly and an oven roasted, leaner pork slice. The noodles are also very thick, almost like udon more than ramen noodles. The broth was very concentrated and flavorful. They gave us a pot of hot water to use at the end of our meals to water down our broth so we could drink it more easily. If you enjoy a fishier flavored broth then I'm sure you'll really enjoy their ramen. As for sides, they have an interesting variety of fried rice, gyoza, and mini donburi. For me, the gyoza wasn't that flavorful. We also tried the garlic fried rice and - surprise - they added chopped fish cakes to the rice. I ate some of it, but I'm not that big of a fan of that addition so I wouldn't order again. Overall I wanted to like this place, but the style just wasn't for me. Also, there is no English menu and you have to get your order through a ticket machine before going to your table.
