r	rinoki yuuki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新松戸→豊四季時代を知らず初来店。美味しいラーメンでした。あさひ醤油全部のせ、美味しくいただきました。ちぢれ麺が好きなのでとても良きです。ただ、量が少なかったかなと。玉子は薄味だったけど、スープがしっかりしてたからちょうど良かった。塩も今度食べに行きたいです。 1月25日再訪今回は、あさひ塩全部のせ、を食べてきました。ぱっと見そんな変わらない気もするけどめっちゃ違うし塩の海老にしたから海老の風味もほんわかありました。僕には変わらず量が少し少ないのだけど、また味噌を食べに伺います。ご馳走様でした。 Shin-Matsudo → First visit to the store without knowing the four seasons. 松	松田昌久 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 追記汁なし冷し担々麺¥850を頂きました。冷やし中華がない代わりのこちらの答えでしょう、いつもの旭川製麺の細麺にピリ辛で箸が進む進む美味しい。カウンター６席でご主人のワンマンオペレーション、オープン後まもなくでほぼ満席、人気のほどが伺えます。あさひ醤油全部のせ¥900&餃子¥350を頂きました。麺は黄色がかった縮れ細麺(旭川製麺)ここの醤油ラーメンは塩ラーメンとの中間的でかなり独特です(これが旭川ラーメンなのか?)スープは美味しいが麺が少なめなので次回は大盛で頼もう。 Postscript I received chilled dandan noodles without soup for ¥ 850. The noodles are yellowish curly thin noodles (Asahikawa noodles) The soy sauce ramen here is intermediate with salt ramen and is quite unique (Is this Asahikawa ramen?) The soup is delicious but the noodles are few, so next time I will ask for a large serving already.
赤	赤井世露尾アカイセロー（赤いセローだった人） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 南柏駅から銭湯(湯パーク南柏)へ行く途中で気になってたお店。味噌派なので味噌を食べたら、スープにコクが凄く、正に本場(旭川)の味。北海道のラーメンの中で旭川ラーメン推しなので、とても気に入りました。何回かリピートしていますが、何味を食べても美味しいですね。 2年位前に移転して来た様なので、現在の所には駐車場はない模様。 The shop I was interested in on the way from Minamikashiwa Station to the public bath (Yu Park Minamikashiwa). It's a miso sect, so if you eat miso, the soup has a great richness, and it's a genuine (Asahikawa) taste. Asahikawa ramen is recommended among the ramen in Hokkaido, so I really like it. I have repeated it several times, but it is delicious no matter what taste I eat. It seems that it moved about two years ago, so there seems to be no parking lot at the moment.

黄	黄色 Yellow新一・Tronad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前から気になっていたお店でようやく開いてる。新年初めてのお店がオープンしてますね。席はカウンターのみの6席のみです。先客で満席でした。厨房には旦那さんが、ホールは奥様が対応してた。入って右側に食券券売機があり、あさひ塩の食券を購入してしばらく立って待ちました。後から入って来たカップルは食券を購入して外で待ってる状況。(今日はちょっと暖かいので外でも待てますね) 席に着いて食券を渡すと塩はエビと煮干がありますがどうしますか？と問われたので、煮干しを注文。(こう言うシステム？) しばらくするとあさひ塩煮干しラーメンが着丼。丼の独特な形(高さ:深さがある)に見とれる。スープを1杯すするとスープの温度の高さに感嘆し、今までの塩とは違う独特の味。この味は好きだ。麺は、食券自販機の近くに張り紙がありますが、ちょっと固めです。(固いのはダメな人は柔らかめにと言うと柔らかくしてくれるそうです) 固いと言っても普通よりちょっとだけですので、普段から普通の固さのラーメンを食べてる人は、問題ないと思います。(普段から柔らかめを食べる人は、柔らかめを注文した方が良いかも) 次回は、辛みそラーメンを食したい。(9人中4人が食べてた) It's finally open at a store I've always been interested in.
