辛味大根おろし蕎麦、暑い夏には、サッパリして良かった。 細く切られて、氷水でしっかり締まった良い仕事な蕎麦で嬉しい。 ラストオーダー20:30迄 30分も無かったので、コースをゆっくり楽しむ時間は無くて、エビスビール生小300円で軽く楽しんだが、本当は夜はゆっくりコースでも頼んで日本酒と合わせれば、真価を発揮しそうな良さげな店だった。もっと早い時間に再訪したい。
Spicy radish grated soba, it was good to be refreshed in the hot summer. I am glad that the soba is a good job that has been cut into small pieces and tightly packed with ice water. I didn't have 30 minutes until the last order 20:30, so I didn't have time to enjoy the course slowly, so I enjoyed it lightly with Ebisu beer raw small 300 yen, but in reality it seems to show its true value if you order the course slowly at night and combine it with sake. It was a nice shop. I want to come back sooner.

メニューの最初に書かれており、カウンターにもおすすめとあった納豆そばをいただきました。とろろ、卵、かつお節、海苔が乗ったそばと納豆が到着。食べ方がまるでわからず、つけ汁に卵と納豆、とろろを少しづつ入れながら食べていましたが、全くつゆが足りませんでした。つゆのおかわりを180円で追加してやっと食べられました。お蕎麦自体は、細いのにものすごく食べ応えがあり美味しかったので、普通にせいろで食べたかったなと思いました(せいろそばはメニューにあるのですが、締めのメニュー的に書かれているので量が心配でした)。 一緒に食べた白海老の唐揚げは甘くて皮も硬くなく食べやすかったです。 初めて来訪する客のためにもう少しサポートしていただけるとより利用しやすいお店になるように感じました。
I had natto soba, which was written at the beginning of the menu and was recommended at the counter. Soba and natto with tororo, eggs, dried bonito flakes and seaweed arrived. I didn't know how to eat it, so I ate it while adding eggs, natto, and tororo to the soup, but I didn't have enough soup. I added a refill of soup for 180 yen and finally ate it. Although the soba itself was thin, it was extremely satisfying and delicious, so I thought I wanted to eat it normally (the soba is on the menu, but it is written as a closing menu. I was worried about the amount). The fried white shrimp I ate together was sweet and the skin was not hard, so it was easy to eat. I felt that the store would be easier to use if we could provide a little more support for first-time visitors.

蕎麦食べたい、日本酒飲みたい、と言うことで辿り着きました。 二階に通されましたが、かいだんも中々急なので足腰弱い方は要注意。ちなみにトイレは一階です。 蕎麦前として、前菜盛り合わせ、だし巻き卵、板わさ、お刺身を注文。 盛り合わせの蕪の漬物とあん肝でお酒が進みます。 お酒は国権と奥をいただきましたが、個人的には国権が好みでした。 お蕎麦はちょっと印象が薄くて…ツユは美味しかったです。 少し酔ってたのもあって記憶が曖昧なのかな… 天ぷらも納豆も蕎麦もボリューム結構あってお腹は大満足でした! 店員さんの対応はとても良かったです。 ご馳走さまでした!

一歩店に入ると「これぞ名店」という雰囲気の漂う良い意味で緊張感のある大人の蕎麦屋です。カウンター越しの厨房に立つ店の主人は質実剛健という風情で黙々と無駄のない動きで仕事をこなしていきます。お薦めの“納豆蕎麦”をチョイス。まず最初に今では珍しい天然経木に包まれた納豆が運ばれ、蕎麦の出来上がりを待ちます。ここで私は大きなミスを犯してしまいました。先に納豆を供した意味を理解できていなかったのです・・・。正しい食し方は、蕎麦を待つ間に納豆をかき混ぜておき、蕎麦の到着と共に食すべきでした。麺類は湯から揚げた瞬間から風味が落ちていくものですからね。納豆を供する時に一言かけてくださったいたら五つ星でした。きっちり冷水でしめられた蕎麦は納豆に負けないほど香り高く、これまた絶品のつゆとのハーモニーは格別です。またぜひお邪魔したい名店です。

The correct way to eat it was to stir the natto while waiting for the soba and eat it as soon as the soba arrived. Noodles lose their flavor from the moment they are fried in hot water. If you gave me a word when offering natto, it would have been 5 stars. The soba noodles soaked in cold water are as fragrant as natto, and the harmony with the exquisite soup is exceptional. It is a well-known store that you definitely want to visit.

Soba is tasty and the sides are delicious. Slightly expensive but you would get what you pay for. Wish the serving size was slightly bigger.

It's my favorite soba restaurant within a walking distance of Chofu station. I frequently visit daytime. They serve nice soba and side dishes. They also serve course menu from 3500 yen. The number of seats are small. I recommend to reserve seats when you are going to visit with more than 3 people.
