関	関根綾乃 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3月下旬に来店しました。5月6日までに引っ越さなければいけないという事情を伝え急いで貰うことはおわかりだと思いましたが、来店した夜に申し込みをして審査待ちということでしたが昨日無理ですと言われる始末。共働きなのでメールをもらったらすぐ返信しているのに向こうは5日くらい待たせたりは平気で、これでダメとか言わないよねと不安になっていた予感が的中。それを伝えてきて、急いでいるのは分かっているのだから他の物件を提案してくると思いきや何も言わず、他の物件を当たるしかないでしょうか？とと言ったらそうですね、の一言で終了。本当に不動産の営業の方なのかと耳を疑う始末です。沢山の書類も言われるがままきちんと急いでお出しし、ダメだったことへの謝罪の一言もないのは置いておきますが、それで放り投げるいい加減さに驚きました。店舗に入っても誰もいらっしゃいませ、もないお店ですがやる気のなさが凄い。人を見てるのか分かりませんがおすすめしないですね。

As a foreigner already living in Japan, I felt discriminated against for the first time in the last 3 years that I’ve lived here. It doesn’t matter if you can afford the place or even the fact that you can live in the places advertised for years by the company with the money you have saved, this company will not help you. Also, not once has the person my wife and I spoke to apologized for his incompetence to do their job and had us go out of our way for weeks stringing us along pretending to make an effort. It was a complete waste of time and they could of just told us to begin with that they couldn’t help us. I would give no stars if possible, however, that is not the case. Highly encourage avoiding this company, especially if you’re a foreigner.
