Y	Y Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最悪の管理会社。入居前清掃が不十分で入居後に再清掃をお願いしましたが、再清掃後も本当に再清掃したのかというくらい不十分な状態でした。その旨連絡したところ、この管理会社は再清掃後の確認をしていなかったとのこと。普通の会社は一度クレームがついたら自分達の目で確認をしますよ。洗濯機の水道もエアコンの暖房機能も壊れていて、この部屋に入居してから何度修理業者が入ったか分かりません。光回線もある日突然通じなくなり、事前にNTTの修理日を伝えて当日マンションの大元の回線がある場所の鍵を開けられるようにしてほしいとこちらが連絡して交陽商事さんは了承したにも関わらず、当日になってオーナーから鍵を貰えてないので大元の回線は開けられないと言い出しました。何故事前にオーナーに連絡出来ないのでしょう。一体何を管理しているんでしょうか。今後引っ越したら二度とこちらの管理する物件には入居しません。最悪の管理会社です。 The worst management company.
