少し遅めの時間だったからかお料理の提供は早かったけど、空いてるテーブル席があるのにレジ脇のカウンターに通されたので少し落ち着かなかった。。

良いことも悪いこともある日常で、こちらのお料理を食べたら必ず気持ちがリセットされ、よし、頑張ろう！！とか、幸せな気分に満たされたり、ワクワクしたりします。
特にトマトソースの神様なんじゃないかな？って思います(笑)。
コロナ禍にはこちらのネットショッピングでバスクチーズケーキ、チョコテリーヌ、ピザ、パエリア等取り寄せました。その中でも牛肉の煮込みマッシュポテト添えは、特別な誕生日ディナーになりました。
『美味しい料理で食べる人を幸せにしたい』こちらのお料理を食べると、シェフの心意気が伝わってきます。
そんなお料理だと私は思います。
