★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 親戚の集まりや、会合で利用。雰囲気も良くてお気に入り。交通の便も良いので待ち合わせも迷わない。加賀料理も素晴らしい。
 Used at relatives' gatherings and meetings. The atmosphere is good and I like it. The transportation is convenient, so you won't hesitate to meet up. Kaga food is also wonderful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 神楽坂にある本店の姉妹店。窓の外には皇居のお濠が一望でき、大手町駅直結とアクセスも抜群。全て個室なので、接待や顔合わせにも非常に使いやすい。お料理も綺麗で美味しいのでおすすめ。
A sister store of the main store in Kagurazaka. You can overlook the moat of the Imperial Palace outside the window, and it is directly connected to Otemachi Station and has excellent access. All rooms are private rooms, so it is very easy to use for entertainment and face-to-face meetings. The food is beautiful and delicious, so I recommend it.

料理は良かった。懐石料理は一人一万円も出せばまずハズレることはない。
問題はホスピタリティ。
ネットで予約したが予約確認の電話がかかってきて、その際に予約後キャンセルは出来ないと言われた。あるていど値段のするところでは常識的な対応なので快諾した。
ただ、「もし身内の誰かが死んだりしてもキャンセル出来ないので気をつけてください」と言われたのが信じられなかった。
祝いの席というのは予約時にも伝えてあったので承知のはずだが、あまりにも常識のない物言いに絶句した。
それなりの店で食事をしてきたが、ここまで失礼に欠いたことを言う店は初めて。
一人一万円以上する食事の予約を入れた人間にとる態度ではないと思ったので☆2です。
若いからナメられたんでしょうか。
半年前に父が大病を患い、完治したものの生死に関わる病だったため大変不快な思いをした。

I have eaten at a certain store, but for the first time a store that says something so rude.
I think it is not an attitude for people who have made a reservation for a meal that costs over 10,000 yen per person, so it is ☆ 2.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前、母とランチで寄りました。料理はコースを頼みましたが、お麩ばかりでお肉やお魚は少なく、値段が高すぎる気がします。味と値段はまぁこれも経験として許せるものの、なによりも残念なのは店員の対応が最悪でした。他の方も何人か書かれてますが、ホスピタリティが全く感じられない接客。来店した時、予約なしで急に来られても困ると怪訝そうな態度で言われ、店先で母と立ったまま数分待たされ、結局大丈夫ですとのことで席に通されました。普段からランチで予約なしでも行っていたため、このような対応をされることに困惑しました。もうその時点では正直ここで食事をしたくない気持ちでしたが、急に押しかけてしまったため仕方なくそのまま食事を。終始嫌味っぽい言い方をされて非常に不愉快。ランチ外の時間というわけでもなかったのに、予約のみの対応なのであればどこかに書いておけばいいのでは？こちらも無理に食事がしたいというわけではないので、対応できないのであれば他の店を探します。料理を出される時もずっと無愛想で、お会計のときも無表情の店員。これで高級割烹を名乗るとは一体どういうつもりなんでしょうか。完全に客を舐めてる態度にしか感じませんでした。
店の雰囲気や眺望だけでお客さんが来てるんだなぁという感じ。仮に味が良くても店員があのような態度では美味しいものも不味く感じると思います。
せっかく母が上京し、素敵な時間を過ごしたかったのに、最悪の思い出です。二度と行かない。

A clerk who is always unfriendly when serving food and has no expression when paying. What do you mean by calling yourself a high-class Japanese restaurant? I only felt the attitude of completely licking customers.
It feels like customers are coming just because of the atmosphere and view of the store. Even if the taste is good, if the clerk has such an attitude, the delicious food will feel unpleasant.
My mother came to Tokyo and wanted to have a wonderful time, but it is the worst memory. I will never go again.

I felt the quality of the ingredients. The private room is quiet and has a good view, so it is likely to be used for business entertainment. Employees are also very polite. Kimono was beautiful.
