★ ★ ★ ★ ★ わりとなんでもおいしいなと思っていたのですが頂き物のレモンタルト?が酸っぱすぎて食べられませんでした。分量間違えてるんじゃないかと思うほどでした。タルト好きなのに残念でした。

どちらのケーキも美味しかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前からずっと行ってみたいと思っており、やっと実現しました。
期待以上のお店でした。
度のケーキもシンプルかつかわいらしい見た目で、また価格が手ごろで、普段から気軽に買えるケーキという印象を持ちました。
全部買って食べ比べしてみたい衝動に駆られます。
もものケーキはほぼ丸ごとモモで贅沢な気分でいただきました。チーズケーキもかなりレベルが高く、甘すぎないところが大変気に入りました。
また立ち寄りたいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔ながらのケーキ屋さん。ケーキも昔ながらの昭和のケーキ。でもそれが良かったりする懐かしい味。まさにレトロな町のレトロなお店。ただ、経営指針もレトロなようで、バースデーケーキなどの予約に行くと、お客よりもお店（厨房）の都合を何より優先させるのが常であるのが残念なところ。1ヶ月も先の予約のケーキのことをいちいち厨房に出来るかどうか聞きに行かないと受けられないってことあります？
先日も他のお客さんへの対応を見ていて呆れたことがありました。一体いちいち何回厨房に聞きに行ってお客さんを待たせるんだろう、と。
今時そんな厨房ファーストの対応しか出来ない商売の仕方では、代替わりしてからはとにかくお客のことを最優先しケーキといっしょに夢を売る接客スタイルの商売上手の菓匠シミズさんに、すっかり水をあけられてしまったのも当然の結果では？
菓匠シミズさんは決してケーキ自体が美味しいという訳でもないのに大人気。昔懐かしい味のケーキ（本当に美味しいという意味ではありませんが）という点では板屋さん！と思っているだけに残念です。
それにしても店頭の接客スタッフの方々は何故あれほど厨房に気を使わなければならないのでしょうか。優先順位がおかしいでしょ。潔いほどお客の方を全く見ようとしない旧態依然のお店。もう少しホスピタリティがあってもいいのでは？

Even so, why do the customer service staff at the store have to be so careful about the kitchen? The priority is wrong, isn't it? An old-fashioned shop that doesn't look at customers at all. Isn't it okay to have a little more hospitality?

手頃な値段で色んな種類のケーキを購入することができます。
個人的には、「昔ながらのモンブラン」「モカトルテ」がお薦めです。
桃や林檎を丸々使ったケーキも時期にはあり女性はとても喜ぶのではないかと思います。
ロールケーキやお菓子も美味しく、贈り物として利用させてもらったりしますが、喜ばれることが多いです。
隣には併設のカフェがあるので、店頭で実際に見ておいてから、注文して食べれるのが良いですね。
カフェも雰囲気がよく、二階では、ゆっくりとした感じで頂くことができます。
