★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日私の身内が商品を間違って購入してしまい、
返品をしに行ったそうです。
返品をした後新しい商品を選んでいた際に
スタッフ間の会話で(AさんとBさんとします)
A「それ何？」
B「返品だって」
A「理由何だったの？」
B「間違ったみたいよ」
A「普通間違えなくね？」
みたいな会話が普通に聞こえたそうです。
確かに間違って購入したのでこちらも悪いと思います。それをスタッフ間で話すのも結構です。
ですが聞こえるような売り場で話すことでしょうか？裏で話すもしくは閉店後に話すなどしたらどうでしょうか？
それを聞いた本人は腹が立ったそうです。
新しい商品を購入する時に話していた2人がレジ打ち
してたみたいなので「誰にでも間違うことあると思うので」と伝えたところ「あ、かしこまりました」
とだけ。
売り場でなんでも話していいと教育をうけてるのですか？接客業をなんだと思ってるのですか？
二度とこんな店行きたくないです。可愛い商品が
売ってるのにとても残念ですね。
返品する際は皆さん気をつけた方がいいですよ。
