枕が合わず何個も買い替えている為、もうできるだけ安いものでいいやと思いニトリにきました。 枕1つと枕カバー2つを買いました。 家に帰って枕カバーを確認すると折り畳まれた白い枕カバーに茶色い汚れが。 少しのシミどころではなく、結構大きな汚れです。 折り畳まれた内側なので買う時に外側からは確認できません。 慌ててもう1つの色違いの枕カバーも確認したところ、今度はカバーのチャックを開けた中に青色の糸の塊が。 これも糸の束と言っていい程の量です。 まぁ、これは取り除けばいいやと思いましたが白い枕カバーは流石に交換してもらおうと思い翌日店舗へ。 サービスカウンターの端っこに先客がいたのでカウンターの前で待っていた所その客に何故かガン見され、その客を相手していた男性店員も苦笑いしてました。 ここの店舗ではカウンター前で待つのはおかしいようです。 その男性店員に発券機で発券してくださいと言われたので、あ、そうなんだと思いましたが発券機を知らないだけでそんなガン見やら苦笑いされる程おかしいでしょうか。 不快に思いつつ大人しく発券機をやるも紙が出てこず再度やってくださいというような文字が。 他店員とバッチリ目が合うもガン無視されてしまい店員を呼ぶのも嫌になりました。 しかし発券しなくちゃガン見、苦笑いされてしまうので5回再チャレンジしてやっと発券されました。 メンテナンスしてはどうですか? その後、また別の店員がきて対応してくれましたが、汚れていて不良品なので交換してほしい事を伝え店員も汚れを確認するも謝罪なし。 むしろこちらに非があるような態度にびっくりしました。 一度返金するのは何もかまいませんが、交換品も自ら取りに行ってレジに並んで...不良品をわざわざ交換しにきたのになんかおかしくないですか。 家に帰り交換したカバーをすぐ確認するもやっぱり折り畳まれた内側が今度は糸くずだらけ... もう何もかも諦めましたが、こんな事なら汚れた枕カバーも糸の束入りの枕カバーも2つとも返品して別のお店で買えば良かったです。 商品も店員もお値段以下でした。

There was a previous customer at the end of the service counter, so when I was waiting in front of the counter, the customer saw cancer for some reason, and the male clerk who was dealing with that customer also laughed bitterly. It seems strange to wait in front of the counter at this store. The male clerk asked me to issue a ticket with a ticket machine, so I thought that was the case, but isn't it strange enough to make me laugh at such cancer just because I don't know the ticket machine? I felt uncomfortable and quietly tried the ticketing machine, but the paper did not come out and I was asked to try again. Even though my eyes met with other clerk, I was ignored by the cancer and I didn't want to call the clerk. However, I had to issue a ticket, and when I saw cancer, I got a bitter smile, so I tried again 5 times and finally the ticket was issued. How about maintenance? After that, another clerk came and responded, but since it was dirty and defective, I told him that I would like to replace it, and the clerk also confirmed the dirt, but there was no apology. Rather, I was surprised at the attitude that there was something wrong with me. It doesn't matter what you refund once, but I went to pick up the replacements myself and lined up at the cashier ... Isn't it strange that I came all the way to replace the defective ones? I went home and checked the replaced cover immediately, but after all the folded inside was full of lint ... I've given up on everything, but in this case I should have returned both the dirty pillowcase and the pillowcase with a bundle of threads and bought them at another store. Both the product and the clerk were below the price.

レジの女性の方は凄く丁寧な接客ですが フロアにいた男性は最悪ですね 商品の入れ替えなのか棚はほぼ空で別な場所から商品を移動してましたが、こちらの存在完全無視!いらっしゃいませもなければ見てるのに平気で前に入ってきて商品をいじりだす始末 客が見てるのに客と商品棚の間に割り込んで作業する店員初めてみました もう行きません! 小山ハーベストの近くのニトリの方が断然接客はいいのでそちらをオススメします
