M	Masa Ohashi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 某戦国ゲームで魚津から春日山或いは反対ヘ行軍する時に、腰兵糧が心配になる時に立ち寄りたくなる城...ですが、実際はかなり急斜面で立ち寄るとクタクタになってしまう。そんな感じの城跡です。グーグルマップだと国道の何も無い所に連れて行かれますので、根知川の交差点を曲がり、勝蓮寺を目的地に行かれると良いです。勝蓮寺を少し過ぎると根知城址の碑が有るのでその向かい側に駐車スペース?が有りました。私が登った時は、整備後かなり経っているのか、登り口からいきなり雑草がかなり生い茂っていましたが、先人の登山された方々が踏みしめた獣道のような山道をひたすら登り約25分ほどで、地蔵の館なる建物のある場所に到着。此処が根小屋城跡? 館を左手に見ながら通り過ぎ、更に先へ約15分ほどで山頂とみられる場所に到着しましたが、胸の高さ迄生い茂る雑草で、なかなか雰囲気を味わう事も出来ず。下りは同じ道を通る事にしましたが、雨上がりの翌日だと思いますが、かなり急斜面、片べりな小径なので、それなりの装備で来られることをお勧めします。城址碑に立て掛けて有ったストックを持って来ればと後悔する位、スリルのある下山です。その意味では一番手強い山城でしたかね?
