数あるシフォンケーキの中でも絶品でした。
ふわふわ過ぎるくらいふわふわですが、型崩れしません。荷物が多くて、潰れてしまうのを覚悟してましたが…問題無しでした。
10時からとの事でしたが、おひとりでやられてるとの事で、焼き、冷ましてカット、包装
お昼過ぎに行かれることをお勧めします。

とてもこだわりの食材を使われているとのことでした。
シフォンケーキが好きでこちらにも伺いましたが、しっとりさがなく、乾燥しているタイプでした。
しっとりをお求めの方にはオススメできません。
お値段がそこそそするほうだと思います。

今日、シフォンケーキを食べました。すごくふわふわで美味しかったです。
また鎌倉に来た時にシフォンケーキを買いに来ます。
