★ ★ ★ ★ ★ はじめてのマクロビオティックのお店に食べに行きました。Veganとはまたコンセプトで、砂糖NG(甜菜糖も)や電子機器NG、陽と陰の関係などは初めて知ることで、興味深かったです。
お料理はコロナの影響で、店内もお弁当のみの提供です。お店の中は広く天井も高く、お花が飾られてありゆったりした空間で落ち着きます。
玄米がご自慢だけのことはあり、ふっくらもちもち、とっても美味しかったです！また、お弁当以外のメニューも食べにお伺いしてみたいです。

Due to the influence of Corona, the food is only served as a lunch box inside the store. The inside of the shop is large and the ceiling is high, and it is decorated with flowers and you can relax in a spacious space.
Sometimes I was proud of brown rice, it was plump and chewy, and it was very delicious! Also, I would like to ask you to eat menus other than bento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have never actually eaten here but I have attended a health food seminar. This restaurant offers a macrobiotic menu with many of the items being made from locally sourced ingredients. There is a store inside where some ingredients are available for purchase. The staff has always been quite pleasant when visiting lectures or the shop.
