★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a quick breakfast for dinner here a few days ago. The pancakes were a little sweet but overall not a bad place. They enforce social distancing so no one is sitting next to each other or directly across from one another. They also practice great hygiene, making sure to wipe down and clean off the tables and seats right after a party leaves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great, amazingly soft and fluffy pancakes. There is a new special pancake just about every month and I have tried three different ones so far, which were all great!
The only gripe I have is that it takes relatively long for the pancakes to be prepared.
Be sure to check out the Pancake-Pies sold outside as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there last Sunday, on a rainy day and was able to find free table without waiting. It was 7pm, so 30min before last order, just right time.
That was the first time to eat fluffy pancakes for me, have heard a lot about them, but they actually taste better. Perfection of pancakes, cremy, fluffy, pefect topping choice.
A bit pricey, but worth of every yen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flipper's produces high quality fluffy pancakes. Light and airy, with a creamy interior, these pancakes fill you up faster than you would think. The plain pancakes come with a healthy dollop of fresh whipped cream, and are more than enough for one person. The June monthly special of berries were fresh and tangy, while the current December special comes with a berry sauce to pour on top and watch the cotton candy dissolve, which complements the pecan sauce. Whenever I go ~10 minutes before opening on Saturday, I am able to easily sit without standing in line.

It’s definitely worth to visit to have this chocolate pancakes. Such a small place but so popular that you could see a long line of people who doesn’t mind waiting.
Fluffy texture when you bite a piece! This might be the reason why they are so popular.
And great service with a big smile is also another good thing about this charming lovely place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went slightly early before the store opened and wasn't even the first in line. But for good reason, the pancakes here are the fluffiest I had in my trip and the pancakes just melts in your mouth. Advise to anyone visiting Flippers is to get the sweet pancakes over the savoury as the savoury ones doesn't have that awesome textures as the soufflé ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soft, soufflé-like pancakes literally melt in the mouth! Personnel is very nice and friendly. Place is rather small but cosy. Be ready to stand in a queue a bit if visiting during busy hours. Pancakes are made from egg whites and come in rather big portions - one will stay full for long ?
