A	ACE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 緊急事態宣言明けてから久々にFKDインターパークのフードコートに行ってみたら喜多方ラーメンの店が入っていたので入店。このご時世だし、夕方だし客は居ない。注文は食券で現金のみ？だったように感じましたが詳細は分かりません。値段的にはショッピングモール内なのでコスパは悪いがそこは仕方なし。店内は新しいとのことで綺麗でしたが床が滑りやすいのでやや危険です。注文は塩ラーメン、醤油ラーメンを。着丼してからの印象は塩ラーメンはそれなり。青ネギの香りよし。醤油ラーメンは真っ黒。やや食べる前に心配になりましたが予想通り塩分強すぎ。スープにも深みは無し。麺は中太な手揉み麺くらいな感じ。それでもスープが強すぎて麺は負けてしまう。チャーシューもやや煮すぎて柔らかいだけで味も濃い。まだまだ寒い時期なのにあの濃さはいただけません。感想から言えばガッカリ以外はないし、多分２度目のは無いかな。ラーメンに対する愛のないラーメンでした。期待して入ったのに残念です。 When I went to the food court of FKD Inter Park after the emergency declaration, I found a Kitakata ramen shop, so I entered.
