★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 半年以上前にも行きましたが、ここのラーメンは大好きです。
いつもは「くりーむらぁめん」を食べてますが、期間限定の「広島牡蛎ラーメン」を食べてみました。
スープはアッサリした塩ベース。牡蛎もふっくらしてて美味しかったです♪
オーナーが一人でこなしているようで、混み合う時間は大変そうですが、これからも応援するつもりで通いたいと思ってます。

他の方が書いてるように、注文時にラーメンだけ注文しようと思ったら、「単品では提供していません。ドルチェを頼んでいただきます」と驚きの発言。
甘いものが苦手で食事の際にはケーキは食べない習慣ですが、取りあえず頼まなければいけない勢いだったので380円のケーキを注文。
美味しかったですが、頼まなければいけないというのは如何なものでしょうか？
必要なら、メニューにドルチェを含んだ価格で表記し、その他のセットメニューは差額をプラスする方式にしなければいけません。
だいたい、ラーメン屋でケーキ注文が必須っていうのは問題です。
せっかく好きで遠方から何度も訪問していたのに、もう二度とはいかないですね…。
残念です。

As others have written, when I thought about ordering only ramen when ordering, "it is not offered as a single item. I will ask for a dolce," a surprising remark.
I don't like sweets and I don't eat cakes at meals, but I had to ask for it at first, so I ordered a 380 yen cake.
It was delicious, but what do you have to ask for?
If necessary, the price should include the Dolce in the menu, and other set menus should be added with the difference.
Most of the time, it's a problem that a ramen shop requires a cake order.
I liked it all the time and visited it many times from a distance, but it will never happen again...

店主が寡黙な感じの人なので、人によっては感じ悪いと思うかも。
他のラーメンもチャレンジしたいのですが、やっぱり行くとトマトラーメンになってしまう。
久しぶりに訪問して限定ツナトマトラーメン食べました。美味しいです。

店主一人なのでゆっくり時間のある時に来たいお店。
会計も、調理中で待たされている方が多く、カウンターに座った私の背後で「チェッ、チェッ」と口から汚らしい音を立てて歯間に挟まったものを気にしながら待つ爺様にはとても不快で残念。次からは座る場所を考える事にする。
また、何度も声を掛けなくても店主は聞いているので、手が空けば対応してくれる。返事がなくても慌てずに待ちましょう。
少し無愛想だけど仕事は丁寧で、気配りは行き届いているようです。

季節の限定メニュー「菜の花らぁめん」
鶏ガラとあさりの出汁とか。
ストレートの細麺は、全粒粉かな？
殻ごとのアサリが入っていてボンゴレビアンコ風ですね。お肉は、崩したタンドリーチキンみたいな鶏肉でした。
チーズケーキ好きなのでリコッタチーズのタルトを付けて。こちらは、もう少し甘さ控え目だと嬉しいですが。
店主の無愛想ぶりは相変わらずですね。ま、それがフィルターになって今の客数で回ってるのでしょうね。

今回はちょっと、お手洗いの臭いが席まで流れてきたので…
店主のぶっきらぼう、ゴム手（食品衛生用）は他の方のレビュー通り。ラーメンが独創的で美味しいだけに残念。

I like cheesecake and add a tartlet of ricotta cheese. I'm glad this is a bit more sweet and modest.
The shopkeeper's loneliness is still the same. Well, that would be a filter and it would be around with the current number of customers.

マスター[うちはドルチェのお店でラーメンはサービスのようなものなのでドルチェを頼んで下さい]
[前に来たときはそんなこと言われなかったし甘いものがあまり好きではない]と伝えると苦い顔をされたのでかわいそうになり渋々ドルチェを頼もうかと思ったがらあめんセットのほうが割安なのでそっちを選びました。イタリアンとして考えれば充分堪能できますがラーメンとして来店すると憤りを感じる方もいると思います。

ラーメンはイタリアンなテイスト。
食べ終わった後のスープも、洋食のコースで出されるスープのよう。
味は総じて濃い目。
塩系のらーめんは替え玉不可。
店主の愛想は正直なところ良くないし、ゴム手袋のまま持ってくるので、それが嫌な人は行かないほうがいい。
前菜（サラダ）とフォカッチャ、食後のドルチェと飲み物がつくコースもある。

いつものようにラーメンを注文すると、店主から「うちの店はドルチェをメインにしているので」と言われドルチェを注文するように迫るような言い方をされた。
今まで何度も来店しているが初めて言われたので面くらいつつも一応注文したが、正直メインにしているというレベルの状態ではなく、作り置きのためか水を含んでベチャベチャしている。
客単価を上げたいなら努力するべきは自分なのでは。

他の方も書いてますがラーメン単品はオーダーできませんでした。
味はこんなものかな？と思いますが、ぬるいのと提供までの相方との時間差が長いのはよろしくないです。
毎回テーブルにドンッと置かれるのも女性グループへの威嚇？と思うくらい嫌でした。
ホールに明るい女性が入ればまた行ってもいいかなぁと思いますが、今のままだと…もう行きたくないお店でした。
