り	りゅうきち on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ なかなかの繁盛店ですね。平日の11:50に行って既に店内は 10人ほどいました。店内も清潔で今風の創作ラーメン店て感じですかね?ＢＧＭは勿論の事、あちらこちらにエーちゃん（矢沢）の匂いをちりばめて在りました❗️ 家族総出の6人で切り盛りしてましたが次から次ぎへとお客様が来店私は人気の「ゆず塩バターラーメン」と「半チャーハン」1170円をご賞味しました。風味、塩加減、出汁とスープが絶品で黒胡椒が相性良くモチモチの太麺に良く合います。トッピングも厚めのチャーシュー、ワカメonの水菜がまたスープに合いますね❗️チャーハンも固めのパラパラで味も塩味も私好みでした。従業員さんの愛想、応対も非常に良く人気店の理由が良くわかります?後日オーソドックスに醤油ラーメン?を賞味しましたが煮干し系の透明スープで、これまたgoodでした。 It's a very prosperous store. う	うましかしゃとる on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 『鶏塩わさびラーメン+追い茶漬け(¥730+100)』... てゆか漏れが思ってた以上に山葵がガツンと効いた鶏ベースのスープゎ( ﾟДﾟ)ｳﾏｰ♪ ただスープの香りを嗅いだ＆飲んだ時にゎ何度か軽くムセそ～にゎなったが...(苦笑) んでこのスープに合わさる平打ち気味の自家製太麺ゎモチモチ食感で( ﾟДﾟ)ｳﾏｰ♪ 何気に麺量も200㌘近くゎ十分にあり満足♪ んでトッピの鶏ホグシ(ササミ)ゎ思ってた以上に十分な量…ちょっとだけ日本酒の香りがしたコリコリ食感のメンマと意外に存在を感じなかったワカメも違和感無し…何気に胡麻が多め(卓上にも擂り胡麻が有り)で良い感じだったが、三つ葉ゎ個人的にゎもぅ少し多めに欲しかったカナ...(^_^; んで半ライス超のご飯が盛られた『追い茶漬け』にゎ鰹節＆海苔＆分葱に追い山葵がのる...まぁこのラーメンのスープをかければ、問答無用で合うのゎ食べる前から十分にわかりマシタ♪...(笑) 何気にこのラーメンを頼んだら『追い茶漬け』を頼まなきゃイカンでしょう♪...まぁ逆を考えれば『お茶漬けありきのラーメン』って感じになっちゃうけどね...(爆) んで店内ゎ店舗外観と同様に硬派でヲサレな感じ...コチラの店主サソゎ矢沢永吉のファンとのコトで、店内BGMゎもちろん永ちゃんの歌がエンドレス...永ちゃんの写真やグッズ類がアッチャコッチャに展示されており矢沢永吉のファンなら居心地ゎ良いでしょう♪...(笑) "Chicken salt wasabi ramen + chazuke (¥ 730 + 100)" ...
