As desvantagens em relação as outras academias é o horário que é das 10 h às 22h. Não tem chuveiro. Nem outras modalidades. 2	2123 taka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「安くて快適な放置系ジム」本会員が2980円（税抜）で入っていれば、家族会員3名まで無料て入れる夢のような料金体系のジムです。同じ時間に入ることはできませんが、一人で行く分には何も問題なし。マシンは多く、ガチムチスペース（本気の人がやる重量級マシン揃い）もあり。レディースエリアもあるので、主婦の方も通いやすいと思います。こちらから声をかけない限り完全放置系のジムなので、黙々とやりたい人にはオススメです。フリーWi-Fiもあるので、ワイヤレスイヤホン＋YouTubeの組み合わせがあれば有酸素運動も楽しくできます。スタッフについてほしいと言う人には、予約制の一時間レッスンコースもあり。シャワーはなし、トイレはアルプラのものになるので、一旦出ないといけないのが面倒なところですがそのデメリットがあっても、十分活用しやすいジムかと思います。 "Cheap and comfortable neglected gym" If the main member is 2980 yen (excluding tax), it is a dream-like gym where up to 3 family members can enter for free. さ	さとうちひさや on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とにかく利用料金の安さが魅力です。しかも家族も追加料金なしで利用できる(同時利用は不可)っていうシステムにも驚き?‼️ ただ今回の低評価の理由は、本来ここ24時間営業のジムなのに入っている商業施設(平和堂)の制約(だと思う)のおかげで営業時間が限られている点です。本当に残念ですがこればかりは営業努力でどうこう出来る問題ではないので仕方ないんですけどね… あと入場の際の健康確認シート的な用紙の記入が非常にめんどくさいです。出入口がオートロックなんだから出入りの記録ぐらい出来てると思うんだけど… スタッフは男性の方が比較的愛想良く挨拶して下さいます。女性スタッフどうかな？まぁコロナ禍なのであまり大きな挨拶は控えておられるのでしょうけど目が合ったら会釈かスマイルぐらいしない？ふつう。繰り返しますが安さはピカイチです?
